The Police Concert

The Police Concert - a photoset on Flickr

Every little thing they did was Magic! Ok, not quite...but close. The Police were great, Stewart Copeland did a few "very youthful" drum solos, reminicsent of the early 80's. Sting appeared to have a hard time with a few of the really-hard-to-reach-notes, but he was spectacular and Andy Summers showed why he is still known as one of the most original guitarists ever. In short, they ROCKED.

That "Sounds" like fun. I haven't gone to a good concert in years.
I think that it is funny that you and I have similar tastes in bands also. I enjoy U2, Jimmy Buffet also.
I spent too much time on your blog a couple of days ago watching the Police videos (if you let them play out you can choose another video that is relevant to the one you just watched)

Well, I think we're done with concerts now for the year. I tried to get Buffett tix, but couldn't, and now can't even get a lawn seat for less than $80 each. Both The Police and Barenaked Ladies were great. I saw U2 on their last tour at the United Center - great show.
